Medico Legal Consultations

Medico legal reports are required for a variety of reasons including insurance matters, workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accidents, income protection, life insurance, pre-employment medicals and legal proceedings.

Mr Booth is an independent medico legal examiner. He is qualified for impairment assessment using the American Medical Association guides on the evaluation of permanent impairment (4th edition) and other prescribed methods as applied to relevant Victorian legislation.

At your appointment, Mr Booth will do a full patient examination, review any supporting documentation, clinical notes and x-rays that you bring and then write a report which will be sent through to the requesting legal party.
